Positive: I liked the location and a very comfortable room with kitchenette, dining area, couch and a sleeping area. The room was clean and we especially liked a coffee machine available in the common area.
Negative: Shower gel and shampoo were not provided, neither in the rooms nor the pool/sauna area. Sauna was not working, which was a pity, since we opted for the accommodation because of it.
Summary: I would say that we had very positive experience.

Positive: Great location. Comfortable room.
Negative: The Pin code system for the door was unreliable. Initially my colleague did not receive a code and then an incorrect code was sent. My code deactivated the following day locking me out of the hotel. With no staff on site this is a problem. The phone line needs to be staffed 24hrs per day. Other than that would definitely use this hotel again

Positive: Rooms are clean, the kitchenette is useful however it is definitely too pricey
Negative: Very expensive for what it is. We payed a room 132 euro and you even have to pay for the coffee at the entrance of the property. The cherry on top was our check in. The hotel has no reception and you are supposed to get a code by text to enter the property and your room. We arrived around 7pm and by then we did not receive any code so I wrote to the property a message on booking and I called them several times. I even left a message but none called me back. None answered for hours. People staying at the hotel tried to help us and we even called the video surveillance company that gave us the same mobile number. I called booking that tried to contact the property. In total I have called 7 times and my boyfriend 5 and finally at 8.48 (almost 3 hours after our arrival) someone answered. None apologised and just gave us the code asking โ€œdid you call us beforeโ€ ?! If you decide to out in place a hotel with no humans working there, at least be responsive. Also, not everyone booking comes from Denmark and your texts do reach foreign numbers โ€ฆ better to text the code of the room on booking in that case !

Positive: Clean, spacious apartments. Location is great.
Negative: There are no staff on site at all and even though it states breakfast can be paid for at the property, there is no option for this.
