Positive: Super kind staff, allowed us to check in 2 hours early, which was really wonderful. Good room, clean. Great location, just a street away from the sea.

Negative: The breakfast was quite disappointing. Stale coffee, burned croissants...

Positive: The location is very good, right in a touristic area that feels safe and pleasant. This was definitely the most positive aspect of our stay.

Negative: Our stay was very disappointing overall. One of the main reasons we chose this accommodation was the private parking advertised in the listing, but upon arrival we were told it was full, which clearly contradicts what was offered. During check-in, we also perceived that the receptionist was not in proper condition to assist guests, which negatively impacted our first impression. The room had dirty walls (we have photo evidence), and although the textiles smelled clean, they were clearly worn out, with one towel even being torn. The breakfast experience was also poor and below expectations. On the first day, there were no basic items such as eggs, the variety was very limited, and only one cup of coffee was offered. Additionally, the tableware was not properly cleaned.

Summary: Good location, but overall poor service, cleanliness, and misleading information about key amenities.
