Summary: The room is aged but if you compare with the price. It is ok! There are many restaurants around the hotel. The light rail station is just outside the hotel. Very convenient!

Summary: Bedding was clean and comfortable but everything else didn't looked clean. I cleaned all surfaces myself before use which I did not mind just for the peace of mind. Room is not very much well kept so you see signs of wear. But for the price, it considered pretty comfortable(the bed but not the pillows). The house keeping staff were especially friendly. The other hotel staff were okay. Transportation is very convenient because it is right next to the light rail station which connects to the subway so you can go everywhere. This hotel is in phase 2 with phase 1 right next to it. There are shopping malls in both phase 1 and 2. So you are literally surrounded by shopping malls. I will book again. And TinShuiWai is one of the latest developed area so they have goverment housing everywhere. There are estates after estates and everyone of them have their own shopping malls and local markets where locals buy fresh food to cook every day. That also means every one have their own locals eateries as well. I think it will take months to explore everyone of them. Overall experience is very good.

Summary: This used to be service apartments. So the room is spacious. Location is very convenient for local area access. Granted, yuen long and tin shui wai are remote suburbs, but if you need to be there, then this is your best bet. The only thing unpleasant I encountered was that my non-smoking room still smells a little tabacco - and this is after my request for a room change due to the same reason. The front desk said people must have been smoking there in violation of the smoki ban. Well, then they need to really enforce the fine such violations!

Summary: Transportation was convenient. Close to the parks and shopping malls. A lot of restaurants near by. Overall, it was nice to stay there!! Thank you! :)

Summary: Good points: -Cleanliness and Hygiene are generally good. -There is a nice bath tub in room, which has been rare in Hong Kong low priced hotel. -No smoking smell in non-smoking room. Down sides: -No parking service provided by the hotel, I have to park at the adjacent shopping mall. -Sound insulation is average. A group of youngsters living 2 rooms away from my room. I can somehow listen to their yelling and laughing noise. Hopefully, my family is not sensitive to noise when sleeping.
