Positive: Everything at the hotel from the breakfast to the pools and the room were absoutely superb.
Negative: We had a power outage on one of the nights and there was no communications what so ever during the outage period which was at 11.15 pm till 2.15am also no explation from the staff the following morning why this had happened.
Summary: Great hotel would definately visit again and recommend to friends.

Positive: Facilities were good, the Steak and Japanese restaurants were good and some good restaurants in the local area. Most of the staff were very friendly.
Negative: Would not recommend Halfboard. There are not enough staff to serve drinks and they are very stressed and some not well trained. We didn't manage to get our drinks till after we finished the meal after asking 6 times on our first night so didn't go back on the subsequent nights even though it was included in our package as it wasn't an enjoyable experience and didn't want it to ruin the holiday and the local restaurants were very nice with good friendly service.
Summary: Nice facilities but would not recommend half board.
