Positive: Lovely property, spacious and more than big enough for 3 of us. Everything had already been thought of for us, bathroom supplies (Elemis shampoo, conditioner etc), kitchen supplies (eggs, croissants, biscuits, tea etc). The towels provided were so fluffy! The shower was warm and powerful. The beds were so comfy! We were offered a cot and a highchair, there was netflix and a range of channels- Everything you could want has been thought about and planned! Exceptional stay! Jackie and her husband were very friendly and provided clear directions and help if we needed it with anything (we didn't, but knowing it was there was good!).

Positive: Loved it here. Only stayed for one night as a stopover but will definitely be booking to stay here for a family holiday. Fab location and loved the attention to detail. Lovely and friendly host, honestly couldn't have done any more. Dog loved it too and was perfect as all fenced up so she could just run around as much as she wanted. Definitely recommend staying here.

Positive: Jackie met us on arrival and showed us the lodge. The lodge was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped - we couldn't think of anything else we would need during a short stay. The lodge was also warm & cosy. There is a small enclosed garden at the front of the property which is adjacent to a farm. A stream runs alongside and the views are beautiful. We were attending a get together in Blackburn and it was extremely well located for that. I can't fault it! Just wish we'd booked 2 nights instead of just 1 :)

Positive: Absolutely stunning lodge in the countryside-but close enough to town. Comfortable warm clean and also the host had it kitted out like a 5star hotel. Beautiful toiletries and towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking and cleaning as well as beautiful biscuits croissants and a large range of coffees and teas. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Despite being so perfect it is dog friendly too! We will definitely be coming back.

Positive: Everything was great about the property! Location was lovely, nice and quiet with a little stream that runs past. The Lodge was very cosy, warm and clean with literally everything you need. Jackie the owner was really lovely and welcoming, I only wish we got to stay longer. We will be booking again when we are down that way again next year but will stay for a few nights because we enjoyed our stay so much.
