Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this mountain hotel! Even though we arrived late at night, the staff gave us a very warm welcome, which we really appreciated. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options and was the perfect start to the day. Thank you for your excellent hospitality and making our stay so comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Positive: Nice staff, super clean and comfortable.
Negative: The hotel is of a good standard overall. However, offering only Nescafé at breakfast does not match the quality of the rest of the experience. Providing freshly brewed Armenian coffee would be a welcome improvement

Positive: The room was luxurious, spacious and clean. Bathroom was great and shower had fast supply of hot water. Safe was useful. The breakfast was as exceptional as all the reviews say. Staff were friendly.
Negative: Although the pillows were new we found them to be a bit too high and hard. There are a few Har-Mar hotels in town, perhaps calling them slightly different names to differentiate them would help.
