Summary: The bed was comfortable. Very very loud traffic noise from major freeway. Rat trap in kitchen, stains on sofa, large cockroach in bathroom, door lock was tricky to operate, and no communication from management after checking in. Also did not like that there was no broom or fly swatter.

Summary: Good location but the place smells like cat pee. It was so bad I can smell it on myself in the airport right now. Decent location but unless you like cat pee don’t stay here

Summary: The property is in an area the appears to be in development stage. On one side properties need attention but the other area is very nice and upscale. The appartment was clean however, it was hot and humid and had a musty aroma. Overall, the the location and constant communication with the renter was really great.

Summary: Accommodations were as listed. We had a minor toilet issue but the property managers resolved it quickly. They were very responsive throughout our stay. Property was conveniently located to downtown & the venue for the concert. The only negative we had was the bed…you rolled to the middle no matter how you laid on it.

Summary: It was a cute apartment, very clean and the management was very responsive. Close Lyft rides to downtown. A cute walkable neighborhood, hard to access east side of highway by walking but there's not much over there anyways. The bed was super uncomfortable and we discovered the frame had been "fixed" with a log that had slipped out of place. A new sturdier, less squeaky bed is a must. I am an easy sleeper and even I hard a hard time with that bed. It would have been nice to have stools at the island for an eating area especially since we rented so we could cook home meals. They had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. The shower was a little tricky to turn the right temperature on and was slow to heat up, a new handle would help with finding the right temperature quicker. The management was super easy to communicate with. The code for lock initially didn't work but they picked up right away when I called. We discovered the hangers had been taken by the previous guests but again management was super helpful and ordered and delivered nice hangers within a couple hours. Will definitely stay there again! So cute! Such great management.
