Positive: Everything. Classroom conversion tastefully done and spacious comfortable rooms. Position and rural outlook despite being near main highway very quiet. Allowing our small dog was a real plus for us

Positive: Good size old school room. Ideal size for Accessibility accommodation. Good deck area. Surprisingly quiet. Rooms closer to the highway might be worse off.

Negative: The old school room hasn’t changed - poorly insulated, no fly screens, very sticky sliding entry door. No milk of any kind for coffee. No clothes hangers. Air cond is in living area only, so bedroom sweats out (November). Stupid price but I was there on an ‘event’ day in Koroit.
