Positive: the quarter is good , 15 min by train to the downtown. the building is good especially if you would be with kids.

Negative: The flat 1 room was a bit small for 2 people and baby, there was no coffee machine, device for hot water was broker and dirty. the flat in that case was rather dirty we had to clean it one more time before putting our baby there. However it is worth for the money 90 euro for 2 days
