Negative: We really want this to be practiced in private homes everywhere in The Gambia, so that they learn to prepare everything in advance for the arrival of guests.

Positive: The first thing that comes to my mind is safety. Harmony apartments is well secured with excellent security guards. Location is fabulous Grounds are well kept. Power outages were addressed with generator. Little shop to buy water, bread is adjacent to the property. Apartment was spacious and rooms very large. All you need to cook available. Shops close by to buy provisions. Property owner flexible and friendly and on-site to address issues and oversee/ supervise his staff. Beautiful neighborhood to walk in and enjoy the locals.
Negative: Apartment could use some updating. Decor was kind of mixed up in color and so much potential the space has if addressed. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Doors within the apartment did not close. Some water damage on the ceiling most likely as a result of the intense rains during the rainy season. Bed linens came without a fitted sheet and thus exposure to the matresses which should have a protective cover with turn around of guest. But everthing was clean Internet was fair. A couple days without which affected my business. So this could be improved. AC .. Seemed an issue if I used it. So I went without although advertised.
