Positive: Very nice and helpful, landlady ad landlord; beautiful apartment with a small private garden and even with a place for barbecue. What is really wonderful is a location! Silent nice area with a convenient transport to Bologna Centrale (two stops on the local train (15 min.) and the same to Modena centrale.
Negative: The WiFi was sometimes weak. Also it would be nice to make extra power outlets, especially in the bedroom. The lighting in the bedroom also needs some improvement.
Summary: Nice small apartment with with a garden in a beautiful location.

Positive: The host was very kind and gentle. He explained us everything. The place has everything you need. We arrived quite late due to traffic and the host still wait for us. The room was good with excellent air con.
Negative: Maybe because it was summer period, there were so many masquitos.
