Negative: When I booked, room was with jacuzzi and when I got there it was not working because it was not included. They should specify that before I book. Also outdoor pools out of service

Positive: Location, peace, clean. The woman who was taking care and entertaining the kids was amazing, very friendly to all of us and always smily. Our baby Santiago loved her 😍

Positive: Good location. Comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast.
Negative: We came late for a check after flight. We really didn’t like once we asked the receptionist who is from Ukraine for a advice where to grab pizza or any decent food because we were starving - she said “oh, it is so late , I don’t know if anywhere is open.” Then she took a map with bunch of places and called couple (most likely partner ones ) - they said it is closed. Receptionist offered us wine and chips from a bar - what a spectacular dinner! Disappointed, my gf went upstairs for the room and I went back to the car for the bags - noticed completely across the street restaurant/ pizzeria/ bar- went inside - it was open, the kitchen full of pizzas and everything Else was still operating and the staff was super friendly and convenient! We had a nice dinner. We don’t believe that she didn’t know.
Summary: Good hotel, questionable reception / staff.

Positive: The Breakfast was good
Negative: second time stayed in this Hotel. 1st time was excellent after 3 years we went again where they gave us a tiny room no worries I changed it and payed. As well they asked for a small payment for the parking. For me a Hotel should have a free parking for clients. First day we went out, when we arrived at the hotel around 16.00hrs they didn't clean the room. The day after we left the hotel when I spoke to the reception she told me that the maid knocked the door, and nobody respond of course as we weren't there. As a person that worked in Hotels Maids used to knock the door and if there was no response they enter and clean the room as other hotels we stayed in the do that. Reception pretend that we should told reception in the evening when we was tired.
