Negative: The room we requested was not given to us and the carpet in the room we were given was soooo dirty. I socks on at all time when walking on the carpet in the room.
Summary: Love traveling to Biloxi and Harrah’s is one of our favorite places to stay.

Negative: Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned the whole weekend and didn’t look like it had been cleaned well before, the hotel staff and staff at the restaurants we visited were very nice but the staff at the blind tiger minus the hostess were rude, and the female security guard at the casino opening was also quite rude
