Summary: We stopped for the night on our way to Michigan. We found a great tavern within walking distance and did a bit of gambling in the casino. Great stay for us!

Summary: This was my first day at the Harrah's Casino in Joliet. The room was spacious, well laid out, and very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino floor staff was likewise very helpful and the overall experience was very pleasant.

Summary: We had luke warm water in our room. The soaker tub was one highlight of our stay but the water would noy get hot. After waiting over an hour I attempted a shower thinking maybe the water heater simply needed time to warm up and still ended up with a lukewarm shower. Not a great way to start the day especially after paying a higher rate than we anticipated and ending up in a double queen instead of a king like we reserved.

Summary: Room was incredibly clean. Smelled almost brand new. Anything that needs renovating is already in the process or there's a sign that it's pending. One of the better casino stays I've had outside of Vegas

Summary: The staff was amazing! So helpful, friendly. Very nice. And the reserve restaurant was amazing..first and foremost the steak was awesome! Seasoned and cooked to perfection…the chef even came out and chatted!!! Our sever Sam was super friendly and knowledgeable! Best overall experience we’ve had in a long time!
