Positive: Property size was perfect for 9 of us (6 adults, 3 children). The deck has beautiful ocean views and the beach is just metres away. Ventnor is a great peaceful location.

Positive: Location was superb with amazing views of the bay. Loved the balcony and views from inside, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy! Fab house layout with oodles of room for our family, so plenty of relaxation opportunities. House was well equipped with furniture, kitchen equipment, a few pantry supplies, and we loved the solar element. Just a lovely place to be!
Negative: The main bed wasn't very comfortable and pillows were thin, but downstairs beds were better. Lockbox key collection would be preferred to agent pick up (lockbox was on the property). No floor drain in upstairs bathroom, and water leaks out of the shower door, which is a bit tricky to manage.
Summary: A fabulous relaxing and spacious house - we hope to return!

Positive: Wow - it was truly a getaway where, if you take your own food, you don’t need to leave this house! The view, the verandah, the comfy outdoor furniture and heaps of room for the kids to run around, they were so busy exploring the area, it was wonderful to see them outside! Thank you for sharing your property with us!
