Positive: The location is great on the main road in the city centre. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and professional, always ready to help with your requests. The breakfast is tasty with a lot of choices and the menu is changed each day.
Negative: We have no complaints.

Positive: Nice view, great customer service, awesome swimming pool
Negative: The bed was smelly, and I had to call the front desk to ask them to change the bedsheets for me. Also, when it rained, the ceiling leaked. The TV internet connection was poor.

Negative: I stayed in a junior suite. The sink is a bit small and the water flow is a bit blocked, and the placement is not quite right The pillow smells a bit strange, like it's not clean enough.
