Summary: Lovely, close to downtown - easy parking. Would definitely recommend if you have no problem with stairs, this unit is two flights up.

Summary: After the very rocky start of trying to get inside using the door code given, it took several attempts speaking with mgmt., and several more hours before someone came to change the batteries in the entry door to let us in. While waiting we were outside in 31 degree weather. After that issue worked out the rest of our stay was great, the apartment was very nice and being on top floor gave us a great view of Lake Superior. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with any mobility concerns being there were a good number of stairs in & out of our particular unit. However, we knew that prior to booking, and was not an issue for us.

Summary: This was such a beautiful cozy and spacious place to stay. It is in an old house that they have redone beautifully. I received a call the day before we arrived to make sure I had received the emails and if I had any questions. Only thing that didn't work was the internet. Unable to watch TV, but it was fine as we were out exploring. This was right downtown in Duluth and close to everything. We will be staying here again!

Summary: We were in Duluth to do bridal shopping. This home was the perfect location, close to the shops. We probably stayed in more than we had planned because it was so comfortable to stay here. The kitchen is beautifully equipped to make meals as well as plenty of dishes and glasses. The living space was great for hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.
