Summary: Very clean and roomy. I stayed 9 days total. Washing are taken care of. Coffee & milk in the room, plus rusks and muesli. Perfect for longer and short stays. Covered parking all at no extra cost.

Summary: The room was really nice. I arrived fairly late in the evening and the owner was there waiting for my arrival. I didn't do much, just needed a dinner, so the owner dropped me off at an area where i can eat. Early the next morning I left for a 4 day tour. My only problem was that there was no hot water for showering....waited 10 mins and it never got hot, just cold water.

Summary: This place is great! Way more spacious and comfortable than expected. It’s also walkable to a small mall, supermarket, and restaurants. It’s a great value for the money. I can highly recommend!

Summary: Great communication. Secure building. Flexible check-in (we were a little late arriving from the airport). The apartment has slate tiles throughout, a nice shower and huge bed. The TV had a wide range of channels. The location is a 10 minute walk to a large shopping centre, restaurants and bars, and a 30 minute walk into the centre. However the town centre and surrounds did not feel particularly safe on a Sunday or after dusk. Possibly a better place to have a car.

Summary: It was my first time in Namibia. I enjoyed Windhoek and Swakopmund very much. Beautiful country. I can see myself going back one day. Hartmann Suites was top tier. I fell in love with apartment 5.

Summary: The spacious 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was well-equipped, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Location was great -- close to the center of the city on a quiet street. The staff members were helpful and pro-active. Excellent stay in every way.

Summary: This was a great stay. I was greeted by Vicky upon arrival. She did my laundry immediately. The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was amply supplied. It was very secure. The only problem was dogs barking throughout the night. This made sleep very difficult.
