Positive: The view was great. Lots of toys for the kids to play with. The property was very kids friendly.

Negative: The room was very warm and did not have AC. The weather outside was nice but we could not open the window to cool down the room as the windows did not have screen and bees came inside the room after opening the window for a short while.

Negative: No fan amidst 32 C heat wave, made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Positive: The staff are wonderful people and the place itself is very nice but, unfortunately, the room facility is very poor; no air conditioner although the summer there is very hot, no fridge, pillow is not comfortable at all.

Positive: The Staff were wonderful and were.great with my poor German, very helpful, suggested breakfast in the terrace with a wonderful view. The property is well sof posted.it.isused.for.groups and families in the peak seaon I think. But in June there were about 10 guests so quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is up a little from the valley so is a little cooler, also very still and quiet.

Negative: People just do not know how to be quiet, slamming doors, loud talking in the corridors late at night. The rooms are not superbly sound proofed so wake.up people try to be quiet

Positive: The family room is very clean and there is a balcony in our room with fantastic view of the mountains. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Negative: It would be better if there are clearer signage on the narrow road leading down to the accommodation. We have searched for Haslibergoase but no signage seemed to be available for indicating where the reception is. We need some time to realise CVJM zentrum is actually the accommodation.
