Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: large living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), tiled stove. 1 double bedroom. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 2 beds. Facilities: logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Access from the kitchen on the ground floor to the winter garden with facilities for sitting and to the garden. Access from the lounge and the dining room to the second winter garden with a place to eat. The simple attic (room under the ridge) is accessed by a narrow, steep staircase. A bedroom in the attic (beds are one behind the other) is open to the staircase and also serves as a passage to the second bedroom in the back of the room under the ridge (part the door is about 140 cm high).

Summary: Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für einen Familienurlaub. Genügend Schlafzimmer sind vorhanden und alles war sehr sauber. Jedoch war auf der ersten Etage ein Fenster im Wintergarten defekt und sollte schleunigst repariert werden. Zustand der Möbel gut, jedoch schon sehr alt. Die Dame der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Summary: We stayed for a long weekend at Holiday Annes whilst 9 lads visited the Nurburgring ring. This is in the perfect location between the entrance to the Nurburgring and the very popular Adenau town. The house is very clean and tidy. Everything worked apart from the TV remote. Not sure if it required new batteries or the remote is broken. Apart from that it did everything we required. Would stay again. The host is a pleasure to deal with but unfortunately doesn’t speak much English.

Summary: Two family houses in one. Ground floor quite modern. 2x double rooms, each with en suite. Kitchen/diner. Separate WC in the entrance hall. 1st floor is very much 1970s. 1x double room, 1x bathroom (shower, bath, WC), kitchen and a large lounge/diner. Attic has 4 single beds - mind your head!| Everything we needed was there, although we had to buy some toilet paper on day 1 (only 1 roll for the whole house). Land lady lives next door. No English spoken (German/Polish) but very nice.
