Positive: Very good location in Lermoos, with a great unrestricted view on the mountains. I can watch for hours how the sun and clouds make it a unique view the entire day
Negative: The train uses the horn every time it comes through the village. But you get used to it after a while

Positive: The owner cares about the details. The kitchen is equipped with high-end Bosch appliances not cheap ones. The bathroom is renovated with quality material, e.g. the sinks are made of expensive Corian that most people wouldn't even choose in their own house. The towels are fresh and changed during our stay. The owner was reachable anytime. A super comfy stay for us. The view from the house is just breathtaking.
Negative: That we already booked all the vacations in the upcoming year, otherwise we would have come back here in next winter again.
