Positive: A great family stay! The house was very clean and wonderfully spacious—two separate bedrooms, a large living/dining area, a bright sun-room and a lovely garden with a small pool/pond. For the size and amenities, it offers excellent value, and we had a very pleasant day there. Do note that the property is a little older, which adds some character but also means a few fixtures show their age.
Negative: Practical tip: the washing-machine drain hose empties into the bathtub, so make sure it is positioned securely to avoid water spilling onto the bathroom floor (we had a minor puddle before we realised).

Positive: The apartment is large, not expensive, and had clean linen and towels ready. Parking is convenient, right next to the property.
Negative: The building is in a state of disrepair: broken door frames, collapsing terrace, and overall poor maintenance. The bed base collapsed under my 15 kg daughter – clearly due to terrible quality. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner demanded €60 for replacement, even though a brand-new equivalent at IKEA costs €25. Totally unacceptable. This place is both unsafe and the host is not acting in good faith.
Summary: Spacious flat, but serious issues – not recommended
