Positive: The location of the apartment is great. Close to the groceries and the underground to the cable. Everything is clean and tidy in the apartment, and we are provided with everything that we need.

Negative: The kitchen area is a little bit too small for more than 1 person.

Positive: We travelled in a group and the deluxe apartment was great as were the other facilities like the play room. Also Barbara and her team were great, very friendly, very easy in her communication and very accommodating to our wishes. We also loved the proximity to the metro bringing you directly to the ski lift, very convenient.

Negative: We loved the location - in the middle of the lovely village Serfaus - but the downside was that it was quite noisy. Be prepared for some people passing by after a night of apres ski or an early morning because of the bells of the church.

Summary: Great stay in the middle of Serfaus.
