Positive: An Unforgettable Stay at Haus Reason in Kitzbühel This is going to be a longer review, but it is because I am so happy with my stay. If you're planning a trip to Kitzbühel and are looking for a place that feels like a true home away from home, Haus Reason is absolutely the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts. The apartment itself is perfect, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The living room is also very cosy. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a high standard. The location is super convenient, close to bus stop and very near Kitzbühel and Jochbergh. The terrace is also a highlight to enjoy the view of the mountains. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was ample parking available, which made our stay even more convenient. It’s clear that the hosts are passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience, and they have succeeded in creating a place that is welcoming, comfortable, and unforgettable. We cannot wait to return and would recommend this wonderful place to anyone seeking a perfect holiday in the Austrian Alps. Rating: 10/10 – Highly Recommended!

Positive: Great villa in a very peaceful location with great views. Lovely swimming pool. Sarka was very helpful. Radicondoli is close enough to walk to and only a few minutes by car.
Negative: Everything was excellent. If I am picky, more glasses and mugs would have reduced the number of times we needed to put the dish washer on.

Positive: Villa is located about one mile (1.6 km) from the village of Radicondoli down a 800 meter gravel road that is rough in places. Caution with low clearance vehicles! Very secure within gates; house can remain unlock during time away. However, the compound effect didn’t allow us to wander far on foot from the villa without a remote to control the gate. Pool is very refreshing and looks out over a wide valley. Hostess Sarka was there to greet us and gave us some of the farm’s olive oil and wine to enjoy upon arrival. More was available for purchase. There is a washing machine on site for a small cost. Bath and pool towels are also available at a rental cost or else bring your own. The kitchen had the very basic appliances- stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster with pots/pans and standard utensils. No microwave. Additional kitchen towels would have been nice. Bring all condiments if you plan to prepare meals. Same with all toiletry items. Sleeping arrangements were good- we had five persons total and the three bedrooms slept two each; additionally, there are two pull-out coaches in the living room, better suited for children. There was a separate upstairs, single bedroom rental but no one occupied it during our visit. We requested a fan due to the hot July nights as there is no air conditioning. There are screens on the windows so we kept them open all night. Radicondoli is a cute town with three (maybe four) restaurants of which we ate at two. Great food and small town atmosphere, especially at night! Radicondoli is also a great location for day travels to Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Montalcino and Pienza to name a few that we travelled to.
