Positive: Large, modern appartment with lovely balcony. Very good bike room. Good central location, though it could be quite noisy late at night with people returning from bars.
Negative: Poor value for money with all the additional charges: - €220 for cleaning the appartment at the end of the stay - why wasn’t this included in the original price??? - €43 PER NIGHT for our dog to stay with us. I have never paid anything more than €20/night at any other appartment or hotel. - €400 because my 17 year old daughter set off the smoke alarm while cooking. No question that it was our fault but we immediately took care of it and the alarm went off….then the fire brigade showed up. There was no fire, only some smoke from the kitchen and absolutely not an emergency. I was told by the management that this was for me to pay as it was noted in the guest instructions that any false alarm would be charged to us.
Summary: Disappointing that they felt the need to make so much money on top of what was already an expensive week at €3,000 base

Positive: One of the best locations in Fiss! Very attentive hosts and great facilities. Ski depot, sauna, great breakfast! Nothing to complain about
Negative: Bit pricey but worth every penny. Love the cleanness and quality of interior.
