Positive: Very good location, close to the free bus stop to the slopes. Generous space, good facilities. Good temperature inside the property. No boots warmer but better solution, a locker at the slopes, so you do not have to carry gear back home every day.

Negative: Not very comfortable beds and pillows. There is salt and pepper but no sugar. There is a water warmer but no tea or coffee. I suggest host puts some there. There is an additional cleaning tax of 70Euro which is not mentioned by Booking when you make the reservation. Plus city tax. Intermittent warm water.

Summary: Excellent conditions, nice, friendly hostess, close to bus stop, all facilities

Positive: Skibus right outside the door. Accescard for storing skiequipment right next to the lifts in Fiss. Walking distance from Fiss if you miss the last ski bus.

Negative: Fiss is and expensive area to live in but a great ski area!
