Positive: Great location, near to the ski bus which drive to Schladming skiing area (20 min drive). We had everything what we needed in the apartment. Very clean and cozy. The owner is very friendly and polite. It was my birthday and he gifted me. It is perfect location for outdoor activities. My dogs enjoyed.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Positive: Accommodation fulfilled everything we were hoping for - excellent location on the Ramsau plateau, absolutely quiet surrounding, apartment in the "traditional style", but with modern equipment (kitchen, TV), pleasantly warm inside (we visited in December) beautiful view and very very nice host - who actually cared if we are satisfied. One tip - go out/on balcony during the dark - night sky there is magical
Negative: I really can't say anything bad about the accommodation. Of course it comes down to your preference - if you look for quiet place serving as base from which you want to explore the surrounding nature, do the sports (ski, cross country, hiking) - this is perfect place.
Summary: Quiet location close to skiing, xc skiing, hiking, with a very welcoming host and picturesque views

Positive: Ramsau is a beautiful location. Haus Waltraut is a wonderful smaller guesthouse that looks like from a fairy tale. We loved it surrounded by the white winter country. We came to ski so did not have much time to explore. I hope to come back for longer whether in winter or summer.
