This beautiful multi level home offers breathtaking Gore Range and ski slope views combined with easy ski-in/ski-out convenience and access to the Ritz for a nominal daily fee. The home provides an open floor plan allowing you to move through the two main level living areas, dining room and kitchen seamlessly. Sink into the plush oversize sofas as you warm up by the gas burning fireplace or curl up on the leather sofa and enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV. The elegant dining room seats 8 guests, while the fully equipped kitchen has bar seating for 4. Venture to the lowest level of the home to find bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 and the amazing high tech movie theater / game room. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 queen beds, en suite bath and french doors that lead to the outdoor patio, while bedroom 3 is the perfect retreat for the kids, featuring 2 twin over full bunk beds, views of the slopes and access the the guest bathroom with walk in steam shower just next door. Beautiful bedroom 4 has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, access to the outdoor patio, 2 closets (1 is a large walk in) and en suite bathroom featuring a deep jetted tub with shower attachment. Summary: The house was immaculate and the location is very convenient, just walk up the stairs across the street to ski down to the Ritz. Everything was well stocked…from towels to kitchen supplies. The movie theater is also a great bonus!

Summary: This was our third year staying at this house. We always enjoy it location and the convenience of skiing and ski out. The house is big enough for our family of 15 and set up to accommodate children. The media and game room is always a hit as well as The recently updated kitchen. Look forward to staying here again. The management team very accommodating and responsive to any concerns or issues.

Summary: The property was amazing! The ski in/ski out was wonderful and just a very short walk away up a few set of steps. We had a wonderful time. Our group was a few families together. All adult children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We cooked all of our meals at the house. It was so easy to stop in for lunch from skiing. The shuttle service was wonderful for a bit of night live in Beaver Creek. I would love to stay at this property again. The owners were very responsive to a request for a hand mixer. They personally welcomed us to the property. Thank you for a great trip!

Summary: We had a great stay here with extended family. Skiing was the perfect spot for kids to easily come & go. They had a blast skiing & hanging out in the theater & bunk bed room with cousins. Our only problems were with the hot water & heating. We could not get the temperature regulated. Mostly all the rooms were way too warm - 75-82 degrees even when we tried to turn the heat off and it was very cold outside. That made such a nice place miserable. 2 of the showers downstairs were also hard to regulate the water temp. But if they could fix those things it would be awesome! I couldn't believe no one else mentioned this in the reviews. It was crazy! They seemed to be nice & send a couple people out when we contacted the property managers. They fixed the upstairs but then the rest of the house was too hot. Also it was weird because at check in they asked us to take out the owners trash so we did then a lady woke us up the early next morning very upset that we had the trash out overnight & not in the exact right place.

Summary: Nice home that was well decorated. Very clean. Great view from main level. Property Mgr very responsive. Nice linens. Plenty of bedding, towels and supplies. Theatre room is awesome. Plenty of rooms/beds. Heating system is complicated and some rooms were hard to cool down, especially the "master," which is a bedroom over the garage (HVAC "plant" is in garage), and the theatre. Ski in/out is up flight of stairs. Tough to ski back, especially with some runs closed. No hot tub.

Summary: Exceptional townhome, large & spacious, with views downslope and of the Gore range beyond. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck! Take about 50 steps out the front door to the stairs up to cold snap to ski out. Cold snap is tricky to locate to ski in - from the top of Arrowhead take lil brave to the right, and then right on Everkrisp and an immediate right on cold snap. Comes right back to the stairs down to your townhome. Enjoy!

Summary: Second year at Quartermoon and another great experience. Beautiful home with ski in/out in Bachelor gulch with access to Ritz and Lift 16. Home is cozy with upscale amenities, including media room, bar and game room and large comfortable rooms and beds to rest after full day on the slopes. We hired Red Maple Catering group for second year for dinners so with large family never had to eat out, highly recommend Fletcher and his team. Will likely be back next year. When you have experienced something this nice, wouldn’t want to risk staying somewhere else.

Summary: We had a great time staying in Beaver Creek with our entire family. We have been coming here for 10 years. This property was very warm, welcoming and yet modern with respect to amenities you’d expect to see at a resort property. The movie room was enjoyed by all. Wine rack and cooler was nice addition. Tru ski in and ski out with steps right behind house where you walked up clicked in and got a nice little run down to chair 16. The staff was very helpful providing chefs who made meals for us and dropped off pack and plays for little ones. Would stay here again.
