Summary: Few issues with the property: 1) There were cockroaches besides the toaster. 2) A label near the garage button would have made it easy to identify. It took us a bit of time to identify the button.

Summary: The house is spacious, well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Having a lock up garage is a bonus. Outside of two short busy periods, the street is quiet. The location is excellent, it is close to the Albury CBD and with easy access to the Hume Highway. Both the evaporative cooler and air-conditioner work very effectively. The furniture, furnishings and appliances were all fit for purpose. Special thanks to our host Nicole, who was able to change our booking dates at the very last moment. We greatly appreciated her flexibility.
