Summary: comfortable mom and pop old fashioned style motel. Clean, reasonable price and close to shopping and locations to eat. Used as base camp for visits to West Virginia State Penitentiary.

Summary: Very nice folks. Actually phoned us to make arrangements for key pick up since we were arriving after staff was gone for the evening. Not much of a room though, very dinky. Not bad if you just need a place to lay your head for a night.

Summary: We only stayed one night and had a late arrival. They were able to accommodate our arrival time and the room and amenities were clean and in shape. No real complaints. We will likely stay again.

Summary: Beautiful area, just across from the Kure Beach Pier. Staff was great. Minor inconvenience only that you have to go about four miles down to Carilina Beach to get a good cup of coffee. There is a convenince store almost next door on the corner, but it is overpriced and closes early.
