Superb wooden villa very glazed with a stay of 65 m2 including a very modern and very effective central fireplace, a BILLARD and a PIANO at your disposal. A plasma of 127 cm is at your disposal. Wood decoration very warm. The house is atypical with the stay on the floor and the rooms in ground-garden.
Kitchen of 20 m2 with new refrigerator and oven and all the equipment like at home!
2 bedrooms with double beds 160 with upscale mattresses and 2 rooms with bunk beds 90 (normal beds equipped with excellent bedding, compatible for adults). Linen is not provided.
A GAME ROOM of 60 m2 in the basement will allow you to do musculation, the elliptical trainer and table football! A television is at your disposal.
The living room opens onto a large terrace that will welcome you even if the weather allows it; precision: a part of the terrace (where the table is) is covered by a waterproof pergola and allows to stay dry during inclement weather.
The ARBORNE GARDEN is 1700 m2 and has a PIECE OF WATER mature with many fish and many plants that allows to meditate or at least to find oneself in a great calm; besides the land is located in a very quiet area, the house being it, at the end of snowshoeing therefore without any nuisance.
There is also a large SWIMMING POOL (10x5.5) and covered by a removable high shelter of 144m2, operational from April to October 1st.
Finally, still in the garden, there is a ping-pong table and a basketball board. There is possibility to return at least 4 cars in the property including one in the garage.
NB: NO TOBACCO NOR ANIMALS in the house.
HOLIDAYS ARE NOT ADMITTED.
In terms of the environment of the house: very close to the forest, the dune golf course and the riding center. The center of Hardelot is 3 minutes by car.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in Franck's house. We liked the layout, with the bedrooms downstairs and the huge lounge (with the kitchen) upstairs. More houses should be like this! As the weather was not great during our stay (late September), we really appreciated the facilities. Franck was an excellent host, and we want to thank him for quickly answering our questions and letting us stay in his house. We would definitely like to return!

Summary: As an extended family holiday in France (including two young children) we hoped the house met our expectations based on the pictures. Fortunately we were not disappointed, the house exceeded our expectations !!! We had a FANTASTIC TIME, everything was perfect inside and out, especially the pool 🤗🤗 Nothing was too much trouble from our wonderful hosts, the location was perfect with amenities close by and a beautiful sandy beach. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you we would all love to return to make more family memories in France 🇫🇷💗😊

Summary: We stayed at this property as 2 families of 4 and it was perfect for us. From the onset, the information provided on the website is spot on. The dimensions of the beds on the information allowed us to pack the correct bedding (very helpful) and Franck was very kind in allowing us use of his pool. We did buy the children wetsuits as the temperature is gauged by the air temperature, therefore was cold at the start of our stay, but did heat up throughout the week. The pool table and other games meant that the children were entertained constantly and even asked to have a couple of days spent at the property instead of going out. When the electrics did go off, I contacted Franck who replied promptly and was very approachable, friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a quirky property with lots of character this is a great place to stay. Thank you to Franck and Coraline for allowing us the use of your property. We wish you all the best

Summary: We will definitely make a return visit. This property has absolutely everything you need and is well situated to get to the beach and neighbouring towns. Our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool and the pool table. Franck and his wife are very accommodating and happy to answer any questions you may have. We loved everything about this lovely quirky house.
