Positive: Very convenient to sleep in Geiranger. The restaurant is nice (we had dinner there) and the breakfast is great! Both with a view on the fjord.

Negative: Very dated hotel, for the steep price you pay you expect this to be up to scratch. The restaurant and bar looks like a canteen, nothing cozy about it. No gym in the hotel which you would expect for the price. Also you have to pay for parking…

Positive: The views were incredible! The location is perfect to walk anywhere in Geiranger. they heated floor in the bathroom was a plus. Having a balcony to view the field made it very special. Breakfast was very good. The staff were exceptionally friendly.
Negative: only street parking available and it's a challenge to sign up for their parking app and figure out how to do it if you are not Norwegian.
Summary: I would definitely come back to that same hotel again. I hated to leave that beautiful view.
