Positive: The staff was friendly and understanding showed good work ethic. The rooms and linen were nice and clean
Negative: The bed is starting to make sounds at night. The directions to the location were not clear enough especially because we arrived at night. If they can fix that better

Positive: We had a great stay at the Hawane Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Meals were excellent! The resort itself was just what we needed - we were comfortable, but it wasn't so luxurious that it didn't feel like a bush getaway.
Negative: The spa services could have been a little more professional and readily available. Wifi is only available from 08:00 to 20:00, and needs constant login. But theses were such minor details - our stay was really great.
