Summary: The property is setup for an easy time. The home is spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were very comfortable with nice bedding, chairs and fluffy towels. The kitchen had plenty of everything, but could have used some serving platters. There is no dishwasher. I had to replace the batteries in the thermostat as they were low. There is a fire pit and pizza stove which is great. Both require wood. There was no wood on site, nor did I recall seeing instructions to bring some. I also think that the pizza oven was missing some part like a grate for the wood. There was a rusty grate on the deck, but there was no guidance. The light switches were a bit odd. We were never able to find the switch that turns the light on over the dining room table. The dining room table and couch were awesome - large and spacious. The outside deck was also very nice, but it rained all weekend. So, we didn't get to use it. Being so close to Berkshire East is very nice. The pellet stove is a great heater once it gets dialed in. Buy your groceries before you arrive. The closest supermarket (Big Y) that I could find was 24 miles away. I would easily recommend HawleyHaus for a get away.

Summary: Our group of two couples was perfectly happy here. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was completely fine, and the showers were good. It was centrally located for what we were here to do, which was visit MassMoCA, Shelburne Falls, and Northampton. We wished we had more time here!

Summary: Nice house, well stocked, very nice deck The house was very roomy people could spread out Great place as advertised only minor issues we had were the driveway is in tough shape and a barking dog next door, not that is the fault of the homeowners but the loud braking dog next door did not help relaxing on the awesome deck other than that it was perfectly clean and roomy overall we had a great time with four adults at the house.
