Summary: The double bed with kitchenette was a little smaller than i thought it would have been. The front desk clerk shouldnt jump to conclusions and ask questions before assuming anything. A lot of people are in and out of the hotel, and just because you havent seen someone coming in and out after being there for a week already, doesn't mean they dont belong there.

Summary: This property is under renovation so theres the noise that starts early morning. The rooms have basic amenities which worked for us since we stopped overnight on the way to carslbad caverns. There are lots of good restaurants along the way. Breakfast was okay. Front desk staff were polite and courteous.

Summary: TV didn't work in the first room, so we were "upgraded". The second room also had TV problems, as well as no ice bucket. Staff was completely unhelpful, and appeared quite uninterested in trying to resolve our issues. I would NOT stay at this property again!

Summary: The property is currently under renovations, so some of this may change. First our room had no smoke detector, it did have sprinklers, so at least there is that. The room its self was pretty clean, although we had no soap in our room. The hallways, and the elevator defiantly could have used a cleaning. The staff was all very nice and helpful.
