Summary: Our room was large and roomy, but the carpets were dirty and stained and there was black mold growing above the sink. Our room did not always get cleaned and the pool area was a safety hazard. As people came into the hotel from the pool, the floors were wet and did not get mopped. Rather, a “caution, wet floor” sign was set up and you had to cautiously navigate around the standing water. The elevator floors were also wet from the swimmers returning to their rooms. At breakfast, the manager was questioning people eating as to their room number!!! Also there was a sign stating that if you took a plate to your room, you would be charged $16!!! The room was a reasonable rate, but I am not sure I would stay there again.

Summary: This hotel was just alright. We stayed there 2 years ago and it was a great facility which was why we booked them again. This time, there was barely anyone staying there which was a little red flag. The elevators and certain floors smelled like weed. That was very unappealing since we were traveling with a baby. Breakfast had to be eaten in the lobby or you were charged $30. The bathrooms needed some work and pillows were terrible. The staff was very friendly!

Summary: This used to be a favorite of my husband’s. My second time staying here, the first time I went was better. It’s kinda going downhill. Carpets are stained throughout. Has a good kitchenette for extended stay. Bathrooms are small. We got a king with pull out sofa bed. Sofa bed would not extend for our kiddo. Took 45 minutes and two calls to get assistance, the frame was so warped it took 3 adults and 30 minutes to extend it, only for mattress to be torn up and severely stained, the staff immediately went and got a mattress cover and very clean linens to accommodate. For a business trip it would be okay because they offer discounts the longer you stay, and you can cook for yourself. However, for an overnight with one or two kids, a motel 6 (if it’s cleanish), would have been about the same for half the price. Oh, my husband still loved their beds, but I hated it, he prefers very firm, and I prefer something a little softer for my damaged hips. If you like a firm mattress it’s perfect, and there’s plenty of pillows. So I gave a three out of five, I think it’s a 70 to 90 dollar hotel, but we paid $127 plus taxes, and I travel a lot for work. No bugs! Big plus. I hope this helps when you’re planning. Trying to be honest about everything.

Summary: They did not have towels in the swim area. Went to the front and asked for some they said they didn’t have any. I went to my room and was going to get our bath towels but there was only one. I had 4 people enrolled to stay in the room. I guess everyone was asking for towels because when we were done swimming they hung a sign saying no extra sheets or towels. We didn’t not have sheets for the pull out bed and the mattress looked old and dirty! It was 36 degrees outside and no extra towels. It was very cold going back to our room and then no towels to shower!

Summary: It was over all a good stay. Only downfall really was no extra towels for kids at the pool. Had to use what we had in the room, and for a 2 day stay, we still couldnt get any extra. Other than that, it was good, breakfast was good and had several options. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in OKC.

Summary: Overall it's a clean place. The coffee makers in the rooms could use a thorough cleaning and so could the filters in the Heat and Air unit. But that goes for almost all hotels and motels. It's a decent place.
