Summary: The elevator was broken, so we had to haul our luggage up to the 2nd floor 2 flights of stairs. At check-in the Clark was rather abrupt. When we checked in minutes before the check in time, stating that check in was at three when we were there about five minutes till. There was a car wash across the street that was quite loud. And construction in the area

Summary: The hotel was clean and well located. The beds were too hard. The rooms were muggy! I forgot my pen so went to ask the front desk if they had paper and a pen that is usually provided in the room and the young man said all he had was 1 Bic hotel pen and I needed to return it to him.

Summary: I have stayed at this property about ten times and have not had any issues. I just reserved a handicapped room, which upon arrival, I found out it was on the second floor. Normally no issue, but their elevator was broken. There was no way I could get up stairs. I was charged for the room anyway.

Summary: Overall it was a good stay. Good price for what you get. Front desk didn’t tell us the elevator was out at check in. Found out when we headed to our room. Luckily we don’t mind stairs. Our key cards quit working the second day and had to get those redone. Beds were just okay. Definitely could use a pillow update. But staff was friendly. Everyone we saw greeted us. The lady in charge of breakfast was super friendly and kind. Good location. Overall it was a good stay.
