Positive: Our upgrade to the Shandon Suite was simply stunning & beyond our expectations. Thank you kindly. 😊 Hotel pool, outdoor jacuzzi & spa were exceptional. Food was delicious, & the cocktails & bar were superb 🍸 The staff were extremely helpful. & professional. All in all, a top 5* experience & good value. We look forward to returning.

Negative: The majority of the staff is young and unexpierenced - waiting time to access breakfast - check your bill !

Positive: The included breakfast was awesome. I like the option of a continental breakfast, which was very inclusive, plus having a hot made to order breakfast too.
