Positive: It was a nice hotel, clean, staff was really nice. Food was really good.

Negative: The room was clean, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Lumpy and springs digging out of the mattress. Myself and my partner both had sore backs the next day. I rang the hotel about this and was told it would be passed to a manager and I would get a call back but never heard back. My own bed at home was more comfortable. So that is disappointing.
