Summary: Clean room straight out of the 60’s or 70’s, staff was nice, good parking. Would recommend for sure. Trying to cross the streets around there is like playing the game frogger, lots of traffic, but couldn’t hear it from the room.

Summary: If you like the charm of an older motel that is very basic with few amenities and a low price point, this should work well for you. While it is not modern or updated at all and has some wear and tear, it was very clean, which is one of the things that matters most to me. The breakfast is simply cereal with milk, coffee and Sunny D. It is on a busy street but you can park in front of your room and the neighborhood behind the hotel is lovely.

Summary: Great spot for super cheap! It's an old motel, but very well maintained and clean facilities. Staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. Included parking is a definite plus!

Summary: Decent motel. Parking was free, can't really get that in many places in Chicago. It's a motel, so understand that many people use it to do their deed, be aware of that. But never felt like a dangerous stay. Again, don't complain about it, it's a cheap motel in Chicago. Great for P&D sessions.

Summary: The windows are not insulated so you hear all the traffic and noise from outside. Random noises for AC units in other room kick off at night. Room smell

Summary: Wonderful staff! Free parking is definitely a plus. This is obviously a 50s/60s type roadside motel, and we loved that! It's very basic, with no microwave or fridge. That was no problem for us this stay. The beds were super comfortable. The room was very clean. The train is within walking distance, which is also a plus. This was our first stay, but it definitely won't be our last!

Summary: This is an EXCELLENT no frills affordable place to stay. Very well maintained and well run place. Just to set expectations, it is dated and off the beaten path, but I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
