Our beautifully furnished townhome nestled in the heart of Golden, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. With a private one-car garage and an additional driveway parking spot, accommodating your vehicles is a breeze. The bedrooms all feature queen beds. For additional sleeping arrangements, a sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress awaits in the living room.

Summary: We came to town for a concert at Red Rocks. The location of this home was only 20 minutes away from venue. The home is located right in the middle of downtown. All the stores and restaurants are right there. Found a grocery store a short walk away. The home is set up perfectly to cook meals. They have everything you need. Lots of towels, extra blankets and pillows. They even had a nice gift basket waiting for us. The owners responded quickly and were very accommodating. I would definitely return to this home and recommend to anyone looking to enjoy some time in Golden, CO.

Summary: The central downtown location is unbeatable. The townhouse was exceedingly clean and the kitchen was so well equipped, we were easily able to cook several family holiday meals. As former VRBO owners, we couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies were. The garage is a rare treat. We were in town for an early family Christmas, and the owners went above and beyond, decorating for us, including a full tree, fireplace mantle and stockings over the amazing gas fireplace. We know we’ll make this our go-to place when visiting family in Golden.

Summary: I can’t say enough about Denny and Christy’s property. Very clean, has everything you need, really comfortable and inviting. We felt very at home there. Great location in the heart of Golden. Got to meet Denny and Christy during our stay and they are just lovely hosts. Would stay there again for sure!
