Summary: We were in town for a short visit with family and had a nice stay at this property, which was clean and well appointed. It should be noted that there are two bars right across the street, which made it challenging to sleep without noise canceling head phones, which luckily we had. The apartment met our needs for the trip!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and a great central location. A little exhuberant with the two corner bars but easily muted with the fan. Comfy mattresses, slept very well. The neighborhood felt safe and some fun spots within an easy walk. Would stay again.

Summary: This is a nice two bedroom in Minneapolis. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the ice on the stairs and in the parking spaces, which I was alerted to the stairs being Icy.

Summary: The property was pretty much as advertised. Property itself clean, manager was responsive.. Nice location away from hustle and bustle of city. Nice market/grocery about 3 blocks away. Had concerns; but only reached out to Phillip about one, and it was taken care of. (the rest I privately messaged as they were more suggestions since we were already there.) MY experience: 2 small neighborhood bars directly across the street..only one was welcoming to us-knight cap-(was cool, good drinks, simple bar food, great bingo i won like $200 lol). Neighbors of other units seemed like they dont like having a rental there but werent problematic, just kind of standoffish and rude. Overall, enjoyed the stay, it was perfect for what we needed and dont hesitate to book with Phillip!

Summary: The property is right across the street from two bars/restaurant and a few blocks from shopping. It's also by the Arts district so we were able to walk through artist's studios. Very clean and comfortable apartment! It is on the second floor with pretty steep exterior stairs, just fyi. I would definitely stay again! The owner was in constant contact making sure our stay was good.

Summary: We had a wonderful time visiting the Minneapolis and St. Paul area from this very clean and comfy centrally located apartment. The trees just outside the second-floor windows were a beautiful yellow orange, which was a perfect touch for our fall vacation. Everything was new in the apartment so it all worked perfectly. This was exactly the home base we were looking for without a lot of cost. The only drawback may be the patrons from local businesses who got a bit loud at night, but the neighborhood was still safe and welcoming.

Summary: This was ideally located near a pretty park and playground, with off-street parking. It was only 5 minutes from my son's apartment which was convenient as we meet for meals and get-togethers. The host kindly left coffee and snacks, which were most welcome after a long day of travel. Thank you for the great communication, too!
