Summary: 10 minute walk to Old Town. Shorter to the nice civic center area. Catholic Church on the corner behind the property.Unit was comfortable and well equipped with towels, coffee etc. Check out was super simple. Nothing to do but leave the key and head out. Would definitely rent this again next time we are in Scottsdale area.PS, if you are a giants fan, there spring training facility is around a 15 minute walk from the unit.

Summary: We were in town for Barrett Jackson car show but wanted to see other sites. Old Town was within walking distance with lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend EVO.Thank you!

Summary: This was our second stay at this property and it’s still amazing! Beds are super comfy and bathrooms are large. Living room is spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. We travel with our dogs and having the green be.t so close is incredibly helpful. So many great restaurants and entertainment close by.

Summary: Had a wonderful time at this house. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. We sat out on the back patio a lot and it was so relaxing. The location was minutes from Old town. Overall a great time!

Summary: Great location for access to Old Town and a central spot for us to get to family in north and south Scottsdale. The home was comfortable and clean and provided plenty of room for the two of us, including a nice patio. And the owner was very accessible and accommodating. We’ll look to stay here again on a future trip to PHX.
