Immaculate modern farmhouse and detached guest quarters with two separate suites.The home boasts a huge groomed lawn that is perfect for guests to enjoy the properties disk golf baskets, zip line, horseshoes, and many lawn-games.Take in the sunset on enormous decks or from the home’s custom infinity edge pool and oversized spa while the kids enjoy the basketball hoop, splash pool, and built-in waterslide. The custom pool and spa are outfitted with lights, jets, waterfalls, a meandering water feature that is sure to impress.
The entire property is well landscaped, fenced, and gated which makes for a private ‘compound’ feel. With the community boat launch just steps away, bring your own boat and leave it in the on-water covered slip or enjoy some of the property's non-motorized water toys, several covered sitting areas, boathouse slide, and second story water swing!
Guests will have exclusive access to full property and will not share with anyone other than their party. Pricing includes:

Yes! We include a few life jackets with every rental. If you have a large group, we would strongly recommend that you bring a life jacket for every member of your party.

Summary: Had a great time with family from out of state. Everything we needed was there and we never had to venture past the corner store 10min away. The pool and zip-line were family favorites. Home is large and easily accommodated our group.

Summary: The property was very spacious with lots of fun things to do. The zip line was a hit. The pool layout was perfect. There was also an outside bathroom which was nice and convenient. We had 15 adults total, and never felt like we were on top of one another. The ample room for parking was a plus as well. Although there are pictures in the posting, we did not realize how steep the stairs were to get to the lake. For someone like myself who is scared of heights, it took me longer than normal to make it to the dock. This property is great for all ages. Lastly, the property manager communicated promptly and took care of any issues in a timely manner.

Summary: We just returned from our Thanksgiving break at this property. We were a total of 16 people, being 8 adults, 7 teens and 1 child. This property has something for everyone. It was very well decorated, very comfortable and very clean. The kids had a blast in the huge grass area, which includes a zip line. The cold weather didn’t let us enjoy the beautiful pool or a dip in the lake, but we enjoyed the beautiful views, the heated spa and the fire pit at night. The owner, Austin, was great to deal with. Very friendly, proactive and responsive, when we needed any help. He made sure the house had everything we needed for out stay! The only ‘but’ is the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away, so come prepared for your stay and enjoy this great house… We are considering another stay when the weather is warmer, so we can enjoy the lake and the pool.

Summary: From when you drive through the gate and under the trees in the front yard to when you open the front door to the view of the back yard it is picture perfect. Perfect for entertainment, perfect for relaxing, perfect for cookouts, perfect for seeing wildlife and perfect for having space to find a nook to have quiet time away from anyone to read inside or to find a nook outside and rest and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature....

Summary: Beautiful property...could use an icemaker in refrigerator. Had issue with algae and green water in the pool. Austin was very understanding. We were compensated for the lack of the pool times 2 days.

Summary: We are a 3 generation family who vacations all together each summer. This property had more than enough space for all of us, with lots of FuN available. We spent most of our time down (and I do mean down, as Lake Travis was historically low this year!) at the floating two story dock. The kids and gkids all enjoyed jumping from the upper deck and utilizing the two story swing as well. We fished, paddle boarded, canoed, and floated in the lake all day long. And when we weren’t in the lake, we enjoyed the pool and spa, especially in the evenings. An added fun feature was the zipline, enjoyed by the youngest to the oldest and everyone in between. I wish I could attach pictures from our stay, as they really tell the wonderful story of our week at this Spicewood property. And, the property manager was exceptionally attentive to all our needs….thank you Austin! I highly recommend!!
