Summary: I stayed here with friends while attending a Kentucky football game and going to Keeneland. The house was close to both. The house was also well-stocked and clean.

Summary: My group and I had a wonderful time at this rental. My only suggestion to the hosts given that people are typically renting to come in town for events etc. is to get a full length mirror somewhere in the house. The back yard neighbor’s dogs were quite a nuisance with the barking. There were only 2 chairs in the backyard and both were filthy so we were unable to use the outdoor space even if we could have handled all the dog barking.

Summary: This house is in a nice, quiet semi-suburban neighborhood. Very close to downtown and Rupp Arena. It’s been updated, has plenty of space to cook and hang out. This would be a good house to stay with children too- fun games. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice decor. Perfect for our weekend getaway!
