Welcome to the Heart of Washougal River!
Our home is in town and backs up to the Washougal River with a beautiful view and private waterfront. Come stay in our newly remodeled, decorated, and cozy daylight basement. Our family lives upstairs and the rental is in our daylight basement and has a private entrance on back of the house. We have ample parking with a turn-around.
Amenities you will enjoy is the cool river, beautiful view, cozy fireplace, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, gas grill, the bold accent kitchen wall, well thought out functional decorations, the ambient lights on the private deck, and the huge grass field to play and relax on.
It is my pleasure to be your host and help you travel like a local. I hope you enjoy your stay in the Pacific Northwest near the Columbia River Gorge.

Summary: This property was great. It was exactly like it said. The views were fantastic. The bed comfortable and the living area relaxing. The only thing that people should be aware of is there was lots of noise from children playing (upstairs and on the other all side of the door). It didn’t bother me most of the time but I am used to kids. This could have been because we were there during spring break but I am not sure. That is the only reason I give it an overall of 4 stars, as everything else was great. I would rent again.

Summary: All around great experience. The property is beautiful. Home was clean, neat and has beautiful views of the river (and nature! I was greeted by mama deer and her 2 fawns) Easy access, plenty of parking and less than 10min drive to neighboring Camas; which has the cutest downtown. Highly recommend; I was within 30mins of everything I needed on ths trip in OR as well.

Summary: Loved it! Saw a resident deer immediately and if you're from an area like us that was a real treat. Bed was super comfy (and so was the air mattress my kids slept on)! Krista goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Plus being right on the Washougal river is perfect for families and adults alike. Don't hesitate, book!

Summary: This property is the perfect location for vacationing in the Vancouver, WA. Portland, OR. area. Easy in and out. Comfortable apartment. Fun host. Even provided innertubes for our kids to tube the river behind the house. It is a wonderful place!

Summary: It is well decorated and supplied for a small family. We loved being right on the river even though our obligations did not allow us much time there. We loved learning to play bocce ball. I would have loved to have time to learn to use the air fryer! The kitchen is small but fast food is located conveniently close by and the outdoor space is inviting with cooking options there, too. Thank you for a relaxing place to enjoy.
