All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.
Modern, eclectic, lavish, luxurious - those are just a few words that could be used to describe this unique and newly renovated, Southern home located just two blocks from Forsyth Park. The beautiful Savannah vacation rental features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps a total of 6 guests in gigantic bedrooms! There`s a stone patio to the side that offers guests the chance to catch an evening sunset while sipping sweet Southern tea. Guests will enjoy brand-new appliances as well as beautiful, modern decor throughout the property.
This Savannah vacation rental features a full bath, a bedroom with two queen beds, living room, another bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath in the hallway, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast table with seating for 4. In summary, the garden level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps a total of 6 people and is just steps away from all that downtown historic Savannah has to offer including many great restaurants such as Local Ten Eleven, Leoci's, and The Mansion on Forsyth, as well as easy access to trolley tours and shops. Join in on all of the jazz fest activities or one of the many other free concerts that the city of Savannah puts on in Forsyth Park. A nice walk will get you to River Street and a twenty minute drive will get you to Tybee Island to the beach for some fun in the sun. If you`re looking for a fresh cup of coffee or shopping for groceries, The Sentient Bean, Brighter Day, and Kroger are all a 60 second drive away.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Summary: I stayed for 3 nights, overall the apartment is good but still they need to do some carpenter work the second bedroom and bathroom doors both don't lock its very inconvenience with six people staying that to bathroom in the way to kitchen, bread toaster is not working and good number of cook wear vessels and utensils. Overall it's good and nice location to stay.

Summary: Garden is gorgeous. Location is great for seeing Savannah. You expect some issues with older homes but the promised wifi was terrible. None of us could stay connected. A real problem. Washing machine was not working nor were outlets in one of the bedrooms. Owner offered to send a tech out but it was our last day so we didn't bother. Suggestions- add a kettle. Nothing with which to boil water for tea. Overall lots of attention paid to making it pretty but some of the infrastructure was not where it should be for a high-end rental.

Summary: The property looked much better then actual condition in person. Things were broken and not working. Many layers of paint were trying to mask issues. Loud unruly guests above. All beds were broken. Roaches found. Had to call management multiple times. Property needs help for sure. Security needs improved between units. Would not recommend this particular unit.

Summary: Wonderful place! Great location!! Wish they offered more supplies in kitchen; sandwich baggies, salt/pepper, cutting board, etc. Also, wish there would have been beach towels and laundry detergent since we are from out of town and hard to travel with those items.

Summary: I loved the property. Minutes from everything. I was a short walk from Forsyth Park, which was gorgeous. The beds could’ve been a lot better. The mattresses were not plush at all but the towels were.. lol. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the location.

Summary: My husband and I met up here with my parents for a safe Thanksgiving getaway. The two of us thoroughly enjoyed being able to stroll through the surrounding neighborhoods and park every day and it was a super quick and easy drive to get almost anywhere else in the city. Parking along the street was also never an issue for us in front of the house. The property itself was exactly what were hoping for and we even had access to a cute shared courtyard (which no one else seemed to be using) that had a table and chairs. Yes, you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and such, but we had air purifiers running which seemed to do well noise canceling as well! Haha The beds were definitely super squeaky (“no secrets in this house” as my mom put it lol) and not the most comfy but served the purpose for a week. We were able to cook a pretty hefty Thanksgiving meal with little if any issues, the only problem we really ran into was a lack of normal sized spoons available, which was easy enough to solve by getting disposable ones from the store. All in all a great stay in a beautiful part of town! :)

Summary: How was was we thought it would be, location and layout were very nice. We arrived and it was not ready, we arranged a late check out and they changed the code on us. Had an amazon packaged delivered and it was such a run around it get it to us! The house is very loud, every thing is heard everywhere (including your upstairs neighbors and anyone walking outside). If you need WiFi to work well, this is not a great location for it! I reached out to their customer service team daily for something and had as much as a 40 minute wait for a response, it was never super quick. We love Savannah, have stayed in many different places and would surely not look for another Southern Bell property to stay at :(

Summary: In a great location. Close to everything by either a short walk, drive or Uber, but loved being in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable. People walking around upstairs could be loud at times. Would stay here again.
