Or, take a short drive to explore the ocean beaches, hiking trails, shops and eateries of the Hamptons.
If you come in the winter, enjoy the quiet beauty of Tiana Bay outside and the warm glow of the fireplace inside. We have equipped the house with several office spaces and high speed internet access for working or schooling remotely.
The house underwent major renovations transforming it into the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the minute you step into the front door, you won’t stop ‘oohing’ and ‘ahhing’ over the views.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Unwind in any of the beautiful bedroom suites. Each spacious suite overlooks the waters of Tiana Bay. From each downstairs suite, step right out onto the poolside deck and nature.
Much of the furniture in the house is hand-made and beautifully crafted, perfect for a relaxing get away.
The newly renovated kitchen provides all the essentials or fire up the BBQ grill by the pool. Feast inside at the round table or dine enjoying the view
UNPARALLED LOCATION
Our traffic-free location makes this an idea spot for family vacations. Drive down a long private driveway leading to a beautiful spot near the top of Tiana Bay where you will find the house surrounded by water on 3 sides - with boundless and expansive views of Tiana Bay and Shinnecock Bay behind that.
The waterfront exposure is to the south, and so you can enjoy the sun all day. There is plenty of opportunity to sunbathe, swim in the heated in-ground pool, go boating or fishing right off the dock, or simply avoid all that, and relax in the shade of the parasols and the gentle breezes that prevail.
Bring your boat, jet ski, or kayak. You may launch them from your own boat ramp and attach them to the floating dock. Or you can use our kayaks and dingys to enjoy the area from the water or ride our bikes to explore the neighborhood. If you prefer ocean beaches, they are just 10 minutes away. There are also hiking trails and rowboats in the nearby Sears Bellow Park or explore the Quogue Wildlife Refuge.

With such a beautiful location, it is incredible that it is just a few minutes walking distance to shopping and restaurants. LIRR trains and the Hampton Jitney stop as well as easy access to highways.
Enjoy everything the Hamptons has to offer without Montauk Highway traffic. Hampton Bays is one of the closest of the Hamptons towns which makes it the easiest to get to - less than 2 hours from Manhattan and it has all that the Hamptons has to offer - peacefulness, quiet, shopping, beaches, beautiful sunsets and sunrises.
The house is for relaxing get-aways, sitting outside or in, going to the beach, enjoying the barbecue. Going to the North Fork wineries, aquarium, shopping or heading to further east to Southampton, East Hampton or Montauk.
If you are simply trying to escape the city, this is a great place to work or relax. High speed internet and several dedicated office spaces will help you do that.
The house is not for rowdy guests, or parties etc. We have neighbors and are careful to always be respectful of them and ask that you do the same. No student post graduation or prom parties.
Dogs are welcome as long as they are over 1 year old, quiet, housebroken and respectful of furniture.
We are very responsive and take pride in our property.
