Wall to wall slider glass doors open up to a high vaulted ceiling in the great room where you can gather the whole family together, play games, or enjoy your favorite shows on the 65 inch HD flat-screen television. You will appreciate an open floor plan and brand new fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Just bring your favorite recipes and serve homemade meals for the entire family. New ceiling fans throughout the house perform wonderfully to keep you cool and comfortable year-round. The master suite is very spacious, with all the amenities you may need including a walk-in closet, the tub to soak into after a long day, a walk-in shower, and a double sink. The location is awesome for birdwatching, sightseeing, water recreational activities, photography and much more; as the whole region offers unbelievably beautiful nature and abundant wildlife. In under 20 minutes you are at the famous Boca Grande Island with stunning turquoise waters and adorable sand bars along with upscale golf resorts and restaurants. In under an hour you can arrive at Fort Myers and Sarasota airports, as well as famous and highly sought after Siesta Key Beach. Summary: Nana is a superlative host, so responsive. I arrived tired and sick after a long day of travel, and couldnt figure out the digital door lock. I got in touch with Nana, who immediately called me back and talked me through the system. The house was terrific for 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 4 kids ages 7-11. The layout worked so well for us.The kitchen/LR/DR set up was great. The pool and yard were amazing - our kids spent HOURS in the heated pool. Being right on the canal was such fun...we kayaked every morning and saw a wealth of bird life. Last day, we did see alligators! All the extras Nana provides - kayaks, foosball, pool table, kids'games and drawing supplies - were all so welcome, and used. The location is terrific - close to everything. We spent most days on Gasperilla Island beaches, and afternoons in the pool.The kitchen was very good for preparing family meals. The Master Bath is luxurious.On the one rainy day we tried to go bowling in Port Charlotte, but it was League Day so no open lanes. We went to Books A Million and Yogurt Mountain instead - so satisfying!lock.

Summary: This was a great spot for our family. We drove to the beach in the mornings and enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. We made a lot of meals in the kitchen. It was a nice house to vacation in!

Summary: I looked at alot of rentals and this rental had all that i wanted, enough room, fishing canal in the back, heated pool and good location. The whole family had a blast here and loved the house. I had to message Nana a couple times and she answered me very promptly and was very helpful. I would stay here again.

Summary: We were in town to attend a celebration of life ceremony. The property was as advertised, very nicely furnished and clean. Unfortunately, we were there for such a short time, we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities, but my 3 year old grandson greatly enjoyed the foosball table, even though he didn't quite understand the rules. We really appreciated the safety gate around the pool, so that we didn't have to worry about that same 3 year old going for an unauthorized swim. Nana was also very responsive when we initally had trouble operating the front door lock, and quickly helped us resolve the issue.It was really nice to have such a nice place to return to after the emotion of the day's activities. I would recommend this property and this owner.

Summary: This home was exactly as described; clean, spacious, and beautiful. The host was very responsive and even provided recommendations for kayaking locations. We had four teens who found plenty to do by fishing, swimming, games in the garage, etc. we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Summary: We are so pleased with our choice. Kayaks, fishing poles, fabulous pool, badminton, corn hole, ping-pong table, beach accessories, all was provided. Even kayak transporting gear was available, so we were able to throw kayaks on top of our vehicles and take them with us. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, glassware and everything you need to cook. The house is located across the street from golf course and the whole neighborhood is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We set course to few beaches every day located nearby. Boca Grande and Venice beach were our favorites. House is super clean, inviting, and well furnished. Words can not express how amazing our stay was. Nana is a great host, quick to reply and helpful. She really made this a seamless VRBO experience. We will be back in few months to spend some quality family time once more!

Summary: The property was everything advertised and more! We had plenty of space with our families, it was close to all stores and restaurants and most importantly the beach! Our kids fished in the backyard at the canal and swam in the pool to cool off! The house was clean and spacious and very accommodating, definitely recommend renting if you plan to stay in the Rotonda area!!!
