3 Bedroom House in Deep Creek, Punta Gorda

My home is in Punta Gorda Florida, in a section called Deep Creek. It is located on a cul-de-sac. It is quiet and private. It is a deed restricted community.
This property is always being updated. We have owned it since 2008, at that time we completely refurbished the pool and Jacuzzi as well as the inside and outside of the property. We have also put a new screen cage around the pool area, making the pool very comfortable and private. The cage is also completely surrounded with a four foot chain link fence.
All new kitchen appliances, all new ceramic tile floors. It has a 50' flat screen TV with suround sound in the main family room. A 46 inch flat screen in the second family room and a 30 inch flat screen in the Master bedroom. All new beds, (one king size and two queen size), linens, furniture. All bathroom fixtures have been changed out this year.
Close to everything, just off I-75 located in a family oriented, quite neighborhood.
It is a peacefull quiet street, the back yard over looks a greenbelt area,so there are no neighbors to the rear where pool is located and to the left and right there is a five foot hedge for complete privacy.

The large Master bedroom has two walk in closets with a Master Bath at one end of the house. The house has a split layout. The other two bedrooms are at the other end with their own full bath.The Kitchen, Livingroom, and den have 13 foot ceilings making this home very spacious, very open, and very comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful home and pool/hot tub. Beautiful neighborhood. Bob was so friendly and helpful with checking in and pool/hot tub instructions. Hope to stay again this year.

Summary: We loved the floor plan. Two living rooms, plus a large lanai. Master BR and bath on one side of house and two BRs and bath on other side. Bright and open feeling. Caged, heated pool and spa made the stay for us. With green space behind the house and the shrubbery around the pool, it was very private and secluded feeling. We also really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was. We had our dog and so the fenced yard and all of the nearby green space for walking were awesome features. The location is great. Walmart, Publix, restaurants all within a few miles. Also close and easy access to I-75 for day trips. The hosts are very attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I’ve stayed in this house now for three visits. It’s the only house that I look at when going to Punta Gorda Florida. The owners are amazing and are very welcoming. Beautiful neighborhood with many many things to do locally.

Summary: Bob and Kathy’s home was nothing short of amazing for our family vacation. We had friends in from England and this home provided us with a lovely backdrop to catch up, relax and play in the pool. The spa was a little confusing but Bob sorted us out quickly. The home is spacious and beautiful. It is close to everything. The ice cream shop - Watson’s- that other reviews mention is a must try. We would love to stay here again

Summary: It was a wonderful place. It took a bit to understand the workings of the hot tub and pool heater but we got it figured out thanks to there instructions. Super nice house. Ran out of toilet paper but that was maybe our mistake.

Summary: My family and I consisting of 5 adults and a dog spent the week in Bob and Kathy’s home while in town for my Mom’s wedding. The home had everything we needed and more! The space was very clean and there was ample room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, utensils, dishwasher, etc. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on hand, too, to do some laundry. We loved our time around the pool and hot tub. There were pool floaties and pool towels available for use. The instructions to heat the pool and hot tub were a bit confusing for us since we have never owned a pool or hot tub, but a quick call to Bob and all was good. There were also umbrellas, chairs, and toys available for the beach. The location was great for us since we were in town for a wedding. We were close to Peace River Charters for airboat rides, groceries and restaurants nearby, the beach about a 45 minute drive, Fisherman’s Village about 15 minutes away. Watson’s Ice Cream 1 mile down the road has some good ice cream, too. It was nice having no housing behind us. The pool area felt a little more private that way. We live in the country, so that was a plus for us since we are not used to neighbors close by. Overall communication was good. There was a little lack of communication after hurricane Ian went through, but that was when Bob and Kathy were at the house trying to get it fixed back up and I know cell phone service and internet was still pretty spotty, so I am assuming that was why. Other than that communication was good. I was very impressed that by the time we got to the house that everything was cleaned up and fixed! Houses all around still had tarps on the roofs and damaged lanai’s, but somehow Bob and Kathy were able to get everything in order. Overall we had a great stay and if we are ever in need of housing in the area again I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Bob and Kathy!
